Erich serves as the Atlanta Office Managing Partner and practices in the firm’s Creditors’ Rights and Bankruptcy practice group, where he focuses on resolving complex commercial matters, restructuring performing and distressed credit facilities and swap agreements, and maximizing debt and collateral recovery for financial institutions and other capital sources. He advises lenders on structuring intercreditor arrangements and represents clients in debt restructurings, workouts, forbearance agreements, receivership actions, and Chapter 11 proceedings, including guiding purchasers through all stages of 363 sale transactions.
