Lance Lawson Profiled in Authority Magazine for "Life and Leadership In The Military" Series

As part of Authority Magazine’s “Life and Leadership Lessons Learned In The Military” series, Lance Lawson was profiled on May 24. The interview focused on lessons learned through Lawson’s 25-year military career as well as his experience as a partner at Burr Forman McNair, where he has more than 20 years of experience in high-stakes litigation in Intellectual Property (patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets), technology and commercial matters.

Some of the lessons Lawson shared include being prepared, always endeavor to do the right thing and make the most of the hand you are dealt.

He emphasizes the importance of leading by example and helping others succeed, detailing, “When your team trusts you and knows you care about them, they will put in the effort to do their part to ensure the team is successful.”
