An article published in Jacksonville Daily Record on January 14 discusses the finalization of Burr & Forman's acquisition of McNair Law Firm.

McNair has more than 80 attorneys across seven offices based in the Carolinas. The newly merged firm will have a combined total of more than 350 attorneys in 19 locations across eight states.

The seven acquired offices will operate as Burr Forman McNair for two years.

The expanded firm offers expertise in the areas of economic development, government relations, intellectual property, cybersecurity, labor and employment, mergers and acquisitions, public finance, real estate, tax and trust and estates.
