Jennifer Blumenthal Named to South Carolina Lawyers Weekly's "Influential Women" Class of 2025
Burr & Forman is proud to announce that Jennifer Blumenthal has been named to South Carolina Lawyers Weekly's 2025 class of "Influential Women." This prestigious recognition honors exceptional women lawyers and judges who are making meaningful contributions to the legal profession and their communities.
A partner in the firm's Charleston office, Jennifer's practice focuses on corporate, banking, and business transactional law, with an emphasis on commercial lending, real estate finance, and UCC secured transactions, including loan workouts. She also advises on local government matters, including public utility law, open meeting and public records laws, and procurement issues.
Outside of Burr, Jennifer is the former President of the South Carolina Bar Foundation. She also serves as the Immediate Past Chair of the Corporate, Banking, and Securities Law Section of the South Carolina Bar and currently serves as the Chair of its Legal Opinion Ad Hoc Committee.
Honorees will be celebrated at a recognition event on May 8, 2025, at the Pastides Alumni Center.
