Burr & Forman Welcomes Fort Lauderdale Attorney Kevin Klagge to Tort Trial & Insurance Practice

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. December 20, 2018 - Burr & Forman LLP announces the addition of Fort Lauderdale-based associate Kevin Klagge, who joins the firm's Tort Trial & Insurance practice group. Klagge has extensive trial experience, and he guides clients involved in complex civil litigation and insurance defense matters.

Klagge handles fraud investigation and complex first-party lawsuits on behalf of insurance clients. His litigation practice also focuses on business disputes, tortious inference, equitable claims, negligent and fraudulent misrepresentations, and breach of contract.

Klagge earned his undergraduate degree from Boston University, magna cum laude, and his law degree from Suffolk University Law School, summa cum laude. Klagge has tried 48 trials, including 17 jury trials.
