Birmingham, Ala., December 22, 2015 - Burr & Forman LLP announces that Birmingham-based Partner, Kip A. Nesmith, was featured in a Wall Street Journal article titled, "Credit Suisse Claims UBS Raided Staff."

The article, written by Michael Wursthorn and Joann S. Lublin, reviews the accusation that the USB Group AG has been accused by the Credit Suisse Group AG of raiding its US broker ranks. Nesmith explains in the article that "regulators don't provide clear cut rules on what constitutes a raid." He goes on to say that "typically the firm who files a raiding claim must prove the departures caused it to suffer a severe economic impact."
