Larry Litow Serves as Counsel in Major Win for Hilton Q Club Resort in Class Action Suit

In an article published on June 22, 2017 in the Sun Sentinel, Larry Litow provides insight on a recent lawsuit for which he served as counsel to Hilton's Q Club Resort in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. In the $10 million class action lawsuit brought by residents over shared costs, Litow - and ultimately a jury - found that the hotel had been shortchanging itself for years, paying a "wrongfully disproportionate share" of management fees and various other costs, resulting in the significant upcharge passed to residents' over which they were suing.
