Birmingham, Ala., December 8, 2015 - Burr & Forman LLP announces that firm-wide Managing Partner, W. Lee Thuston, has been chosen as a 2015 "CEO of the Year" by the Birmingham Business Journal. Thuston is the large business category award recipient.

Winners were chosen based on their contributions to their companies and the community. Each categories winner was announced at the CEO Awards event on Thursday, December 3, 2015 at Region's Field.

In addition to being Burr & Forman's Managing Partner, Thuston practices in the Corporate/Tax practice group. His focus is on economic development, business and succession planning, trusts and estates, tax law, and international law. Thuston is a driving force behind Alabama's economic development and has played a large role in some of the state's major manufacturing deals.
