Bhumi is skilled in the drafting, research and analysis of documentation to support a broad range of real estate transactions, both commercial and residential. "Bhumi is a talented and versatile attorney whose arrival at McNair is impeccably timed," said shareholder Lynn Stevens. "She adds valuable depth to our real estate practice and will be an asset to our clients in the Grand Strand and beyond."

Bhumi comes to McNair from DesChamps Law Firm, where she had been employed since the inception of her career as an attorney. A member of the Horry County and South Carolina Bar Associations, Bhumi is admitted to practice in South Carolina. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of South Carolina and a Juris Doctor from the Charleston School of Law, where she served as an Associate Editor-in-Chief of Federal Courts Law Review and a member of Women in Law.
