For more than 90 years, the ALI has served as a leading resource for legal research, analysis and authoritative texts. As a member, Rita will have the opportunity to influence the development of the law in both existing and emerging areas, working alongside fellow lawyers, judges and academics.

Rita is a veteran litigator based in McNair Upstate office. Her practice focuses primarily on employment law, physician representation and business litigation. Rita has been named to The Best Lawyers in America^©, the South Carolina Super Lawyers® list and the Greenville Business Magazine's "Legal Elite of the Upstate." She is a permanent member of the United States Court of Appeals Fourth Circuit Judicial Conference, a former director of the South Carolina Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation and a frequent presenter on employment law topics.
