Burr & Forman is pleased to announce that Orlando Partner Rob Rosen is continuing his service as Chairman of the Political Action Committee of the Greater Orlando Builders Association (GOBA) for a second year. Rob has been an active member of the committee for more than 10 years, providing longstanding leadership and guidance.

The Greater Orlando Builders Association is the leading authority and advocate for the housing and building industry in Central Florida. GOBA promotes higher standards through education, engages in governmental and regulatory matters affecting the industry, and fosters opportunities to build relationships, businesses, and communities.

Rob is a partner in the firm’s Real Estate practice group, with over 30 years of experience serving home builders and developers. His practice focuses on land acquisition and development, permitting, sales, construction, and financing, and he regularly works with agencies such as the Florida Department of Environmental Protection and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
