Sarah Robertson Recognized in South Carolina Lawyers Weekly’s 2025 Real Estate Power List

Burr & Forman is pleased to announce that Bluffton Partner Sarah Robertson has been named to South Carolina Lawyers Weekly’s Real Estate Power List for 2025, marking her fourth consecutive year receiving this recognition.

With more than 25 years of experience, Sarah is known for her client-focused approach and for guiding individuals, businesses, and developers through complex real estate matters. Her practice spans residential and commercial closings, acquisitions and sales, leasing, zoning and land use, and broader development-related transactions. She also advises clients on corporate matters, including entity formation, governance, mergers and acquisitions, and assists lenders and borrowers with loan documentation and closings.

Sarah’s work is distinguished by her commitment to helping clients navigate each stage of a transaction with clarity and confidence. She has significant experience handling title matters and tracing property ownership, and recently represented a real estate investment fund in the expedited sale of its remaining portfolio. In addition to her practice, she serves as the 2025–2026 Chair of the Real Estate Section Council for the South Carolina Bar.
