South Carolina Supreme Court Names Adam Artigliere and John Wall to Pro Bono Honor Roll
Burr & Forman is pleased to announce that Adam Artigliere and John Wall have been named to the 2024 South Carolina Supreme Court Pro Bono Honor Roll.
Each year, the Supreme Court of South Carolina honors attorneys who help expand access to justice by providing 50 or more hours of pro bono legal service. These contributions support individuals and organizations in need and play a critical role in addressing unmet legal needs across the state.
Adam focuses his practice on commercial real estate and economic development, representing businesses, local governments, non-profits, and individuals across South Carolina. He regularly advises clients on the acquisition, sale, and financing of commercial property and has extensive experience with purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan and security documents, and title matters. Adam is also known for his work in commercial lending, zoning, land use, and local government law, offering practical guidance to help clients navigate complex transactions and achieve their goals.
John focuses his practice on economic development and government relations, advising domestic and international clients across a range of industries, including manufacturing, real estate development, and logistics. He assists clients in securing state and local tax incentives, grants, and exemptions, with deep experience navigating programs such as fee-in-lieu of tax agreements, job development credits, and historic and energy-related tax credits. As a former General Counsel and Vice President of Government Relations for the South Carolina Manufacturers Alliance, John also represents clients before the South Carolina General Assembly, state agencies, and local governments to help advance legislative, regulatory, and workforce development priorities.
