Overview

Addie is an associate in the firm’s Creditors’ Rights & Bankruptcy practice group. She supports clients in matters involving bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, and lending. Her work focuses on chapter 11 cases, including pre-bankruptcy planning, active proceedings, and post-emergence representation. She represents both debtors and creditors in federal and state courts and handles related matters such as creditor’s rights litigation, debtor workouts, and contract disputes.

Prior to joining the firm, Addie served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Jason D. Woodard, Chief Bankruptcy Judge for the Northern District of Mississippi. She is licensed to practice in Georgia, Mississippi, and Virginia, and earned her J.D. from the University of Mississippi School of Law.
