Overview

Ben Clark is a member of the firm’s General Commercial Litigation Practice Group. Ben has professional experience working with complex business structures and teams, which helps him to understand clients’ needs and priorities.

Ben Clark obtained his Juris Doctor from The University of Alabama School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude. While in law school, he argued a case on appeal before the Alabama Court of Civil Appeals, where he helped obtain a reversal in favor of his client, as part of the Alabama Law School Civil Clinic. Ben served as an editor of the Alabama Law Review and was chosen as a Hugo L. Black Scholar. He was a member of the Alabama Law Moot Court Board in 2022 and 2023, and a member of the Criminal Procedure Moot Court Team. Prior to law school, Ben was a National Merit Scholar at Mississippi State University, where he graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelors’ of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He was a member of the Delta Chi Chapter of Kappa Sigma Fraternity
