Overview
Dylan Patel is an associate in the firm’s Financial Services Litigation Practice Group, where his practice focuses on litigation cases involving banks, financial institutions, and mortgage companies. Prior to joining Burr & Forman, he worked at a law firm where he represented clients in long-term care, personal injury, and complex litigation suits in both trial and appellate level courts.
Dylan earned his B.S. in Business Management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and went on to earn his J.D. from Samford University, Cumberland School of Law, where he was Executive Editor of the American Journal of Trial Advocacy. Dylan also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Arthur L. Smith of the Superior Court of the Chattahoochee Judicial Circuit.
