Overview
Jackson is an associate in the firm’s Financial Services Litigation Practice Group. He represents banks, credit card companies, auto lenders, mortgage companies, and other financial institutions in consumer lawsuits involving federal and state laws, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Truth in Lending Act (TILA), and more. Jackson also has experience handling matters involving casualty litigation, construction, and products liability.
Jackson earned his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and went on to graduate cum laude from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law. During his time at Cumberland School of Law, he was the articles editor for the Trial Journal.
