Jeffrey S. York

Jeffrey York is a partner in the firm’s Jacksonville office where he is a member of the Commercial Litigation practice group.

Jeff is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in Florida and Georgia in addition to the United States Courts of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the District of Columbia. He is a Martindale-Hubbell AV rated attorney and a Fellow in the Litigation Counsel of America. With 20 years of experience, Jeff handles a wide variety of complex, sophisticated business disputes in federal and state courts and arbitrations throughout Florida, Georgia, and across the nation including:
