Overview

Josh Ingram is an associate in the firm’s Financial Services Litigation Practice Group, where his practice focuses on litigation cases involving financial institutions in consumer lawsuits involving federal and state laws. Josh also has experience handling matters involving casualty, medical malpractice, and other commercial litigation claims.

After earning his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi, Josh earned his Juris Doctor from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. While in law school, he served as the Assistant Acquisitions Editor for the Cumberland Law Review, Vol. 54. and simultaneously earned his MBA at the Brock School of Business at Samford.
