Overview

Kynsley Rae Lankford is an associate in the firm’s Labor & Employment practice group. She focuses her practice on a range of employment-related matters, including litigation and workplace compliance.

Before joining the firm, Kynsley Rae served as a term law clerk and as a career law clerk to the Honorable Madeline H. Haikala of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama. Prior to clerking, she practiced at a plaintiffs’ firm, where she handled matters at both the state and federal level. 

Kynsley Rae earned her J.D., cum laude, from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, where she served as a Student Materials Editor for the Cumberland Law Review and was a member of Cumberland’s Moot Court Team.  During law school, she gained experience through judicial internships and worked as a law clerk in private practice.
