Overview

Lindsey Tomlinson Druhan currently serves as Counsel in the firm’s Health Care practice group. She has more than 15 years of experience guiding health care providers and businesses through litigation, claims management, and risk oversight. Her work spans complex health care litigation, professional liability, and insurance-related matters, with a focus on helping clients navigate disputes while protecting their long-term business and operational goals.

Before joining Burr, Lindsey directed the operations of health care captive insurance companies at Arthur J. Gallagher, where she managed multi-state claims portfolios, oversaw compliance and financial stability, and advised boards on strategic risk management. She also practiced for nearly a decade at a Birmingham-based law firm, representing clients in medical malpractice, long-term care, and other complex litigation matters.
