Mckenzy Smith is an associate in the firm’s Labor & Employment practice group.
Mckenzy earned her J.D., cum laude, from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law, where she served as Executive Articles Editor of the Cumberland Law Review. She was recognized as a Jere F. White, Jr. Fellow, an honor awarded annually to one student in recognition of a demonstrated commitment to the law as a path for service and leadership and received multiple Scholar of Merit awards. While in law school, she served as President of the Cumberland Alabama Defense Lawyers Association and participated as a student advocate in the Cumberland Veterans Legal Assistance Clinic.
She earned her B.A., summa cum laude, in Criminal Justice from The University of Alabama.
