Overview
Bob is an Associate in the firm’s Corporate & Tax practice group where he represents clients in a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, retail, restaurant & hospitality, and health care. Bob works with clients in connection with a variety of business matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance, franchising, antitrust, and private equity formation.
Bob earned his J.D. from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, where he served as the Executive Editor of the Cumberland Law Review and was a Scholar of Merit in Civil Procedure I, Business Organizations, and Local Government.
Prior to joining Burr & Forman, Bob was a Judicial Extern for the Honorable R. David Proctor in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama. Before attending law school, he was a Fixed Income Analyst at a multinational independent investment bank for two years.
