Ryan Lichtenstein is an associate in Burr & Forman’s Corporate & Tax practice group.
Ryan earned his J.D. from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law. While at Cumberland, he served as Executive Articles Editor of the Cumberland Law Review and was a Scholar of Merit in Criminal Law, Real Property, Business Associations, Federal Income Tax I, Constitutional Law I, State and Local Taxation, Taxation of Business Entities, Bankruptcy I, Secured Transactions, and Bankruptcy & Consumer Finance.
Prior to joining Burr & Forman, Ryan served as a judicial intern and extern for the Honorable Madeline H. Haikala of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama. Before attending law school, Ryan earned his Master of Tax Accounting and B.S. in Accounting from the University of Alabama. Ryan then worked as a CPA in the Birmingham area for seven years.
