Whitney serves as Counsel in the firm's Lending Practice Group.
Whitney is a practiced transactional and real estate attorney with a broad range of experience in real estate and lending. She has a proven ability to manage and close multiple real estate and business transactions concurrently, identify and resolve legal and title issues, and maintain successful client relationships.
Prior to joining Burr & Forman, Whitney worked as Managing Attorney for a multi-office title company, where she was responsible for facilitating and closing commercial and residential real estate transactions and drafting and reviewing closing and related financing documents. While in this role, she served as legal advisor to all of the title company's offices located in the state of Tennessee.
