Winston is a member of the firm’s Construction practice group.
Winston earned his J.D. from The University of Mississippi School of Law, graduating cum laude. During his time in law school, he served as President of the Intellectual Property Law Society and was active in the Business Law Network and the Federalist Society. He received the Best Lawyer Award for Contract Negotiation and Drafting and was selected as a Business Law Fellow, a distinction awarded to only twelve students.
Before pursuing his J.D., Winston earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Mississippi. His experience includes serving as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Michael P. Mills at the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Mississippi.
