Burr & Forman is pleased to announce that Andrew Ward has joined the firm’s Tampa office as a partner in the Real Estate practice group.

Andrew focuses his practice on complex commercial and residential real estate matters, with an emphasis on land development, leasing, and real estate finance. He represents developers, investors, lenders, and borrowers in acquisitions, financings, and other secured transactions for single-tenant and mixed-use projects. Andrew has extensive experience in the development of commercial and residential properties, including hotels, condominiums, build-to-suit projects, and multifamily and single-family communities.

Andrew received his J.D. from the Barry University School of Law and his B.A. from the University of Florida. He is also admitted to practice in Texas.
