Overview
Andrew Ward is a partner in the firm's Real Estate practice group, with extensive experience in complex commercial and residential real estate matters. Licensed in both Texas and Florida, his practice focuses on land development and leasing for single-tenant and mixed-use real estate projects, as well as complex financings. He has represented a diverse clientele, including investors, lenders, borrowers, brokers, contractors, management companies, and developers.
Clients rely on Andrew for efficient, personal legal guidance through every phase of the real estate development process, from acquisition to final disposition. He has vast experience acting as outside general counsel for mid-size businesses and family offices, advising on contracts, leases, entity structuring, employment, and operational issues. Andrew has also negotiated private equity and traditionally funded acquisitions and operational mergers in the healthcare and retail industries.
