Burr & Forman Continues Washington, D.C. Growth, Adds Two Construction and Government Contracts Attorneys
Burr & Forman LLP is pleased to announce that Kelsey Hayes has joined the firm as a partner and Isabella Capanna as an associate, practicing in construction and government contracts. Both are based in Washington, D.C., where the firm opened an office earlier this year.

Kelsey focuses her practice on government contracts and litigation. She represents contractors in bid protests, claims, and disputes before federal agencies and courts, and advises clients on federal procurement, small business contracting, compliance, and risk mitigation. Kelsey received her J.D. from the George Washington University Law School and her B.S. from Virginia Commonwealth University. She joins Burr & Forman from Holland & Knight.
Isabella joins the firm from government and commercial services contractor Amentum, where she served as legal counsel. She received her J.D. from the George Washington University Law School and her B.A. from Wake Forest University.
