Burr & Forman Expands Torts, Trial & Insurance Division in Birmingham
BIRMINGHAM, Ala. Sept. 3, 2019 – Burr & Forman announces the addition of Walker Beauchamp as an associate in the Tort, Trial & Insurance practice group. In his practice, he represents insurers in matters involving a large range of topics related to litigation and coverage.

Beauchamp’s practice includes providing opinions to clients on the interpretation of policy language and the rights and obligations of the insurer and insured under policies of insurance. He defends insurance clients in litigation involving contractual and extra-contractual/bad faith or fraud litigation. Beauchamp has prior experience in commercial transactions, construction law, and a variety of regulatory compliance matters.
Beauchamp is admitted in Georgia and Alabama. He received his undergraduate degree from Hampden-Sydney College and his law degree from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law, where he served as Editor in Chief of the Cumberland Law Review.
