Burr & Forman Grows Mobile Office with Addition of Mark Roberts

Burr & Forman is pleased to announce the arrival of Mark B. Roberts to the firm's Mobile office as Counsel in the Transportation, Insurance, and Product Section practice group. Mark has a decade of experience defending product liability cases in various state and federal courts around the country, many of which have involved claims of catastrophic injury and wrongful death.

Along with Mark's product liability experience, he also has experience successfully defending professional malpractice and admiralty and maritime claims. He has additionally represented financial institutions and other business entities in litigation matters, and has advised local, regional, and national businesses regarding regulatory compliance, loss prevention, and other industry-specific matters.

Mark obtained his J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law. Before completing law school, Mark obtained his B.S. in Finance from the University of Alabama.
