Overview
Mark B. Roberts is a member of the firm’s Transportation, Insurance and Product Liability practice group (TIPS). He has over a decade of experience defending product liability cases in various state and federal courts around the country, many of which have involved claims of catastrophic injury and wrongful death. He also has experience successfully defending professional malpractice and admiralty and maritime claims.
Mark has additionally represented financial institutions and other business entities in litigation matters, and has advised local, regional and national businesses regarding regulatory compliance, loss prevention, and other industry-specific matters.
Mark obtained his J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law. Before completing law school, Mark obtained his B.S. in Finance from the University of Alabama.
