Burr & Forman LLP is pleased to announce Whitney Sport McElroy joins the firm’s Nashville office as Counsel in the Lending Practice Group.
Whitney has a broad range of experience in real estate and lending including managing and closing real estate and business transactions, identifying, and resolving legal and title issues.

Nashville Office Managing Partner, Ken Bryant says, “We are pleased to have Whitney join our Nashville office. She brings a wealth of experience in real estate and lending and is a great addition to our team.”

Prior to joining Burr & Forman, Whitney worked as Managing Attorney for a multi-office title company, where she was responsible for facilitating and closing commercial and residential real estate transactions and drafting and reviewing closing and related financing documents. While in this role, she served as legal advisor to all of the title company's Tennessee offices.

Whitney received her J.D. and B.S. from the University of Alabama and she is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association.
