Burr & Forman Welcomes Attorney Dana Robbins to Tort Trial and Insurance Practice in Tampa
TAMPA, Fla. January 23, 2019 - Burr & Forman LLP announces the addition of Tampa-based associate Dana Robbins, who joins the firm's Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section. Her practice focuses on insurance litigation and coverage, mass torts and hazardous substances, and product liability matters.

Dana serves as the government affairs chair, bankruptcy committee co-chair, bankruptcy court liaison, and young lawyer's division committee member of the Tampa Bay Chapter of the Federal Bar Association. She is also actively involved in the Business Law Section of the Florida Bar and was selected as a Business Law Section fellow for the 2018-2020 term. In addition, she is a member of The Florida Bar, J. Clifford Cheatwood Inn of Court and American Bankruptcy Institute.
Dana previously clerked for the Honorable Caryl E. Delano, United States Bankruptcy Judge, at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida's Tampa Division. She has also served as a Trial Court Staff Attorney in the Office of Court Counsel for the Sixth Judicial Circuit of Florida where she advised circuit court judges on substantive and procedural issues on trial and appellate cases. Dana also worked in-house for a regional commercial property and casualty insurer where she focused on regulatory compliance and insurance litigation.
Dana received her juris doctor from Stetson University College of Law, graduating cum laude, and received her Masters of Business Administration from Stetson University School of Business. Dana earned her undergraduate degree from The University of Tampa.
