Burr & Forman is pleased to announce that Charles Rodriguez has joined the firm as counsel in its Construction and Project Development practice group. He advises owners, developers, contractors, and other stakeholders on risk management, dispute resolution, and project execution across a broad range of construction matters.

Charles has significant experience drafting and negotiating construction agreements, including traditional, design-build, construction management, operation and maintenance, and public-private partnership (P3) contracts. He also counsels clients on procurement strategies and contract awards under innovative statutory frameworks, and provides guidance on claim management throughout a project's lifecycle.

Drawing on his prior in-house experience with a major national contractor and his background as an assistant project manager, Charles offers practical insight into the challenges that arise on complex projects. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife and son, listening to audiobooks, early mornings at the gym, and staying current on construction industry trends.
