Burr & Forman Welcomes Ian Joseph as Associate in Nashville Office

Burr & Forman is pleased to announce that Ian Joseph has joined the firm’s Nashville office as an associate in the Financial Services Litigation practice group.

Ian represents financial institutions in a variety of litigated matters, with a focus on mortgage lenders, loan servicers, and related service providers. He counsels clients on disputes arising under consumer protection statutes and on business litigation matters involving allegations of fraud and breach of contract.

His practice includes representing clients in federal and state courts and supporting matters from inception through resolution. Ian’s work is informed by a strong foundation in legal research and writing, as well as a collaborative approach to client service.

Ian earned his J.D. from Washington & Lee University School of Law and his B.A. from the University of Georgia. During law school, he served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Claude V. Worrell, II of the 16th Judicial Circuit Court in Charlottesville, Virginia. Prior to attending law school, Ian worked as a paralegal.
