Overview

Ian Joseph is an associate in the firm’s Financial Services Litigation practice group, based in the Nashville office. He represents financial institutions in a variety of litigated matters, with a focus on mortgage lenders, loan servicers, and related service providers.

Ian counsels clients on disputes arising under consumer protection statutes, as well as business litigation matters involving allegations of fraud and breach of contract. His work includes representing clients in federal and state courts and supporting matters from inception through resolution.

During law school, Ian served as a judicial intern for The Honorable Claude V. Worrell, II of the 16th Judicial Circuit Court in Charlottesville, Virginia. Prior to attending law school, he worked as a paralegal.

Ian’s practice is characterized by collaboration, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to legal research and writing, informed by the breadth of his legal experience.
