Madison Hartley has joined Burr & Forman’s Lending practice group as part of the firm’s incoming fall associate class. She is based in the firm’s Nashville office.

Madison brings experience as an underwriter licensed in Tennessee and Kentucky, with a background in reviewing and analyzing commercial real estate transactions. She has experience advising lenders, developers and purchasers in transactions involving the takedown and construction of multifamily, retail, mixed-use and industrial properties.

Madison earned her J.D. from Belmont University College of Law, where she received the CALI Award for Best Performance in Law and Economics. She earned her B.A. in Journalism from the University of Arkansas.
