Overview
Madison Hartley is an associate in the firm’s Lending practice group. As an experienced underwriter licensed in Tennessee and Kentucky, she provides thorough review and analysis at every stage of commercial real estate transactions. She has experience advising lenders, developers, and purchasers through various transaction types, including takedowns and construction of multifamily, retail, mixed-use, and industrial properties.
Madison earned her J.D. from Belmont University College of Law, where she received the CALI Award for Best Performance in Law and Economics. She also earned her B.A. in Journalism from the University of Arkansas.
