Burr & Forman LLP is pleased to announce the addition of counsel Max Feder to its Charleston office, where he joins the firm’s Real Estate practice group.

Max focuses on complex corporate and real estate matters, advising a range of institutional investors and capital providers on acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and joint venture arrangements. His experience also includes private real estate fund formations, equity syndications, and related investment structures.

He received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School and his B.A. from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. He joins Burr & Forman from Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP.
