Max A. Feder

Max Feder is a seasoned attorney with more than a decade of experience in advising sponsors, investors, public companies, private equity funds, family offices, and other institutional capital providers in connection with a wide range of complex corporate and real estate matters, including joint ventures, platform investments, private real estate fund formations and equity syndications, as well as acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.

In addition to more “conventional” commercial real estate transactions, his practice has also included so-called “special situations” on behalf of lenders, such as deeds-in-lieu of foreclosure, REO sales, and other nontraditional structures or circumstances.

Max manages all aspects of the underlying transactions from initial structuring through closing, including corporate and property-level due diligence, drafting and negotiating primary and ancillary transaction documents, and coordinating and overseeing closings.
