Burr Welcomes Ben Bolton to the Labor & Employment Group
Burr & Forman is pleased to welcome Ben Bolton to the firm’s Labor & Employment practice group. Ben is joining the Mobile office as part of the firm’s incoming fall associate class.
Prior to joining Burr, Ben spent two years as a law clerk to the Honorable Kristi K. DuBose of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Alabama.
While earning his J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law, Ben served as a Dean’s Scholar and editor of the Alabama Law Review. He was also a member of the Moot Court Board and the Labor & Employment Moot Court Team. During law school, he completed judicial externships with Judge DuBose and the Honorable L. Scott Coogler of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama.
Ben earned his B.S. in financial economics from Spring Hill College, where he was the sole recipient of the President’s Scholar designation. He also completed an undergraduate externship with the Honorable Jeffrey U. Beaverstock of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Alabama.
