Overview

Ben Bolton is an associate in the firm’s Labor & Employment practice group. Prior to joining the firm, he completed a two-year clerkship for the Honorable Kristi K. DuBose of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Alabama.

Ben earned his J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law, where he was a Dean’s Scholar, an editor of the Alabama Law Review, and a member of both the Moot Court Board and the Labor & Employment Moot Court Team. During law school, he completed judicial externships with the Honorable Kristi K. DuBose of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Alabama and the Honorable L. Scott Coogler of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama.

Ben earned his B.S. from Spring Hill College, where he was the sole recipient of the President’s Scholar designation in financial economics. He also completed an undergraduate externship with the Honorable Jeffrey U. Beaverstock of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Alabama.
