Burr & Forman is pleased to announce that Josh Slovin has joined the firm's Atlanta office as an associate in the Corporate & Tax practice group.

Josh advises companies on corporate and technology transactions throughout the business lifecycle, from formation through capital raises and mergers & acquisitions, with a focus on SaaS, software licensing, and technology-enabled services. As a Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E), he also regularly counsels clients on U.S. and international privacy laws, including the GDPR, and negotiates data privacy and protection terms in commercial and technology deals.

Josh also represents social media influencers, content creators, entertainers, and public personalities on brand partnerships, sponsorships, and licensing agreements, including production and distribution deals with streaming platforms.

Josh received his J.D., cum laude, from Mercer University School of Law, where he served as a staff member of the Mercer Law Review and received the Cali Award for Business Drafting.
