Burr & Forman is pleased to announce that Tyler Thull has joined the firm's Mobile office as an associate in the Transportation, Insurance, and Product Section practice group.

Tyler’s practice focuses on insurance coverage monitoring and litigation involving cyber, mobility, media, professional liability, and general liability policies. She regularly advises insurance carriers on litigation strategy and claims resolution, drawing on experience representing clients at both the trial and appellate levels.

Tyler brings a broad civil litigation background, with experience spanning construction, employment, real property, trusts and estates, and general tort matters. In addition to her litigation practice, she has handled a range of general civil matters, including real property transactions, estate planning, advising municipal government entities and nonprofits, and counseling clients on land use and employment law issues. Her experience as a general trial and appellate attorney informs a practical, strategic approach when guiding insurers through complex coverage and liability matters.
