Tyler W. Thull

Tyler Thull is an associate in the firm’s Transportation, Insurance, and Product Section practice group. Her practice focuses on insurance coverage monitoring and litigation involving cyber, mobility, media, professional liability, and general liability policies. Tyler advises insurance carriers on litigation strategy and claims resolution, drawing on her experience handling matters at both the trial and appellate levels.

Tyler has broad experience in civil litigation, including in the areas of construction, employment, real property, trusts and estates, and general tort law. She also has experience in general civil matters outside of litigation including real property transactions, estate planning, advising municipal government entities and nonprofits, and advising on land use and employment law. Her background as a general trial and appellate attorney provides a practical, strategic perspective when counseling insurers through complex coverage and liability matters.

Tyler is admitted to practice in Alabama and Florida and is a member of the Alabama State Bar, the Florida Bar, and the Mobile County Bar Association. She is currently serving as an Out of State Governor for the Young Lawyers Division of the Florida Bar.
