Latta Elected Mobile Bar Association President

Mobile, AL - Mobile partner Forrest S. Latta has been elected President of the 1,000 member Mobile Bar Association. His term begins January 1, 2023.

The Mobile Bar Association is among America’s 10 oldest, incorporated over 150 years ago, but dating its existence to the 1700s.

Mr. Latta has practiced in Mobile for 39 years. He is a Fellow of the Alabama and American Bar Foundations. He also serves as a Member of the Board of Trustees of Troy University, a public-owned university system. Mr. Latta’s law practice focuses primarily on business litigation and insurance litigation. He also chairs the firm’s Appellate Practice Section.
