McNair Elects Four New Shareholders

Josh W. Dixon (Charleston) litigates and counsels clients in a broad range of fields requiring in-depth knowledge of multiple disciplines including intellectual property, employment, and insurance. His litigation career spans both trial work and appellate advocacy, and he represents individuals and companies in many different industries throughout the state of South Carolina.
Henry W. "Hal" Frampton, IV (Charleston) is an experienced litigator who helps clients to navigate the full range of labor and employment matters. He regularly assists employers in heavily regulated industries, including health care, manufacturing, government, education, and finance.
David F. Santos (Charleston) advises individuals and entities in various aspects of real estate transactions, both commercial and residential. He has significant experience representing clients in the closing of real estate sales and acquisitions, as well as loan transactions for properties throughout South Carolina.
Alicia E. Thompson (Myrtle Beach) focuses her practice on disputes involving contractual and real property rights, commercial litigation, and corporate governance. She routinely serves as counsel to clients in the hospitality and tourism industry, as well as homeowners' associations, board members, developers, and property management companies.
