Allison O. Pennington

Allison O. Pennington is an associate in the Firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. Allison has assisted with reviewing, drafting and finalizing closing and title documents for various commercial real estate transactions. She has experience researching real property interests including easements and covenants, conditions and restrictions.

Allison graduated magna cum laude from the University Of South Carolina School Of Law, where she was a member of the First Generation Law Student Association and Women in Law. Prior to attending the University of South Carolina School of Law, she graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia where she majored in Journalism.
