Jessie L. Bekker

Jessie is an Associate in the firm’s Health Care Practice Group where she assists physician practices, hospitals, long-term care providers, surgery centers, home health agencies and medical device clients in achieving their goals.

Jessie recently graduated from the Saint Louis University School of Law and the Saint Louis University College for Public Health and Social Justice. During her time at Saint Louis University, Jessie was a member of the Health Law Association and served as Staff Editor and Editor-in-Chief of the Saint Louis University Journal of Health Law & Policy. Her article, titled “Finding the Cluster: Balancing Privacy and Public Health Amid the Covid-19 Pandemic,” was published in Volume 15, Issue 1 of the Saint Louis University Journal of Health Law & Policy.

Prior to receiving her J.D. and M.H.A, Jessie worked as the health care reporter for the Las Vegas Review-Journal. Jessie received her B.A. in Journalism with minors in Public Health and Spanish Studies from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
